Trying to work with Roger and is team has largely been a stressful waste of time. Approached him in April for 3 projects, several trees removed, excavation and earth leveling, and installing a slider door. His tree guy, Tim from Atomic trees, was prompt and professional. That's where any positive stories end. After a month of asking for a quote on the excavation he suggested I go elsewhere claiming his 'guy' doesn't communicate well, that should have been the red flag I paid attention to. I signed his contract and gave him a deposit for the slider door in mid May and then the agreed upon installation days kept passing by or getting kicked back. Late may turns to June, June turns to early July, then cancelled again as he goes on vacation and he'll get to it in August. Then he admits

We recently had our deck by our above ground pool replaced, as well as the railings and lattice was installed in place of what we had. They did an awesome job on everything. We are so pleased with the outcome, and the workers were friendly and courteous.
