Rogers Basement Waterproofing

When I discovered I had a basement wall issue, I reached out to several companies for an inspection and quote. Nick came out and was by far the most knowledgeable and straightforward of them all. It was clear that he was providing the best options and not trying to upsell or talk me into more than I needed. For this reason, I chose Rogers. Between that time and the day of service, Nick kept in constant contact and showed up when promised and got right to work with his crew, who were also very polite and professional. The project turned out terrific and could not be happier. With regard to pricing, it was very fair and reasonable and below the other estimates. So, not only did I save some money, I got a finished product that was inspected and approved by the building department in my town.

I'm amazed how good the service and the quality was! Very polite people, on-time, knowledgeable, very hardworking and what is the most important- they know their job!! They provided quality service at a fair price. Below are pictures before and after. Our house is dry now!!!!!! P.S. They magically "rolled themselves in" by rolling a plastic sheet on our floor and stairs (so, they wouldn't make mess), and then they "rolled themselves out" by rolling that plastic sheet back when they were done :)

Rogers did some work on our basement more than a decade ago, during which our experience was fantastic. This most recent experience when needing their help was no different, just excellence all-around. I called yesterday during the early evening, left a voicemail and by 9 o'clock this morning Nick (from Rogers) called back and was at the house within 30 minutes to take care of the problem caused by a disconnected downspout.
