Rogers Heating and AC is awesome. They have been responsive when I have needed them and have always treated me fairly. Peggy is great and so are all of their technicians. I recommend Rogers.

Needed a new furnace and A/C when I first moved in. The install was clean, fast and professional. Those units are still running great to this day, almost 10 years later! Also, the last time I needed a service I called them during after hours and Sam came right out and didn't even charge. These guys do not forget their customers, and they take care of them. They are the best and will use them for all my HVAC needs as long as they are around!

We used Rogers several times and we’re previously satisfied however last week they sent Sam out to our home to fix an exhaust fan in our bathroom, he asked me to google how to fix this, I called Rogers asked to speak with a manager or owner Peggy said she was the manager, I explained everything that happened she asked me to email her the exhaust fan that I have, I did she responded that she received it, it has now been 9 days and she never bothered to call me back or email me. I do not recommend you use this company. I waited 9 days before writing this to see if she called but so far nothing. Moving on to a different company and will never recommend Rogers again.

Sam was on it. I called them on Wednesday and Sam returned my call. Went by the house on Paseo Rd and fixed the problem so quickly. Thank you so much for being an owner who takes pride in their return calls, work, and communication. I thank you very much and so do the tenants. Thanks again. I wish I can give you more than 5 stars.
