I am absolutely DISGUSTED with what I saw today from this company. Driving down the interstate at 75mph, and this company has a dog tied up by a leash in the back of their TRUCK with the DOOR OPEN. you can see from the photo that the door is just being held with a strap so it was actually opening and closing and if at the wrong moment that dog had slid through there, the door would’ve come down and he would’ve been chopped in half. Whipping curves, speeding, and the dog is just being flung around in the back. I contacted the Humane Society who said because they’re from California it’s not their jurisdiction And he got away while I was following him, but I gave the license plates to the police.

Buyers Beware Windows failed with in 2 weeks of install. Roger and his wife or ex/wife won't honor their warranty. Won't return any emails. Won't return phone calls unless I keep calling. All of my windows the vinyl has burnt in the sun and needs complete replacement. 1 window was already replaced and it is failing at the same rate as the others. My attorney is now getting involve so we can recoup the Costa and have windows replaced with a professional company like Milguard

I didn't feel Claudia took anytime to help me build the idea for a new door. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I tried to do my homework before hand and even called before going to ensure I had everything so I wouldn't waste my time. You can tell she is used to working with contractors and not the public. Update: I decided to give them a call back. The girls in the office have really good customer service. It's the owner that is not pleasant. For this reason I give them 3 stars up from 1. Update 2021: My contractor had to do the work. This company is not worth my effort. I'm happy with my contacts work but the timing of this business is awful. Loved the pricing compared to the 2 other vendors in Bellflower for the sliding glass patio door recently installed. The door is beautiful. The installers are experienced, but they could be a bit more polished, the install seemed rushed. The in-store staff needs customer service training. Also, their internal process for appointments, follow-up and changes needs improvement. I realize it's a busy time for home improvements and not all projects are smooth. I read the reviews for this vendor prior to selecting and chose to accept dealing with the potential challenges prior customers outlined in their reviews because of the very large difference in pricing. I am very happy to see that this business is giving the opportunity to new generation to be successful . Richard looks so young for this kind of business profession. But don't judge the book by its cover. He is genius and very professional. I wish him the best of future success. And the respected lady Ms.Claudia, ( owner ) , Hats off to you.
