We hired Kim from Rogue Plumbing to do some renovation plumbing in a manufactured home we are remodeling after purchasing it. We were at a disadvantage trying to manage the project from California with no one living in the home, but Kim was prompt and professional, showed up when he promised and left everything looking and working perfectly. He sent us photos so we could see what was done and explained our options so we could make good decisions. We discovered that renovating an older manufactured home is trickier than standard construction, but he figured out how to make it all work in the timeframe we needed.
