Jakob, the technician was on time as scheduled. He has excellent communication skills, courteous and resourceful. Before he was finished he showed us the work that had been done (he photographed everything as it’s under our house). We had a new system installed this spring and Rogue Valley aka Alpha Heating & Air offers a reasonable maintenance plan. I recommend this company and their people.
