From our first consultation with Chris, who was knowledgeable and honest about our furnace issues, to the installation by Randy and Patrick, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism. Communication was great throughout the entire process, the installation was done efficiently and cleanly, and the customer service from the whole team was outstanding. The service took a couple chances to get scheduled appropriately. But as far as I can tell that is mostly due to a newer AI system they are using to help lighten the load. In my case it wasn't giving them the right info causing an issue with the first service member not having the appropriate equipment on our first scheduled appointment. To their credit they had me on the schedule first thing the following day and had thoughtful quoted options upon arrival with all the tools needed. My drier vent is clear and won't be clogging any time soon, so I'm ultimately a satisfied customer that purchased their annual plan and look forward to doing future business.

Service was great. The person that came his name was Chris Jirak. He was great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well to me regarding the furnace. Also very personable and friendly. Rol Air Plumbing & Heating - HERO We had Mike Asbury come out on a service call when our Furnace went out! Of course it was on the coldest day. He was great. He explained everything so we understood & answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, that circuit board was no longer available for our 35 year old furnace, they didn't make those parts anymore. We went over replacement with him & he showed us several different options, again, explaining well. We opted to replace our old furnace and did the air conditioner at the same time as both were the originals from when we built our home. I would strongly recommend these Guys...The very next day, within 5 hours, they had installed us a wonderful, brand new Heating & Cooling System. Thanks to these wonderful folks!

I originally called thinking I needed to replace a toilet, but Brandon took the time to really assess the issue instead of just selling me a new one. He quickly identified that the problem was mineral buildup and cleaned it thoroughly using a pumice stone, saving me hundreds of dollars.
