Ammon was an amazing technician! He helped me multiple times now with various projects and was extremely knowledgeable. His willingness to help and make sure we understood everything truly made this a stress free experience!

Race was amazing! He came out to help us with a backed up sewer line. He was friendly and understanding. Never made us feel stupid for any questions we had. Was happy to help us explore a variety of options. Was straight forward and honest the pricing was better than competitors. He arrived timely and the work was done efficiently.

These guys were great. Kyle Alvord and his crew that came out did a great job. Dale and Zach did a hell of a job, I can’t complain about a thing. Very professional and they communicated with us about everything. Completely impressed by the speed in which everything was done, we found out we had an issue on Wednesday morning and by Friday everything was complete; we never expected it to be that quick. Dale and Zach were also very good with our little boy as he was very interested in supervising the entire process, which we appreciated a ton. I’d recommend these guys to anyone. 10/10 easily

I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We called Roto-Rooter because our main drain was clogged and sewage was backing up into our basement floor drain — obviously an urgent and serious issue. We paid $700 to have the line cleared, assuming tree roots may have been causing the blockage. We were told their snake only reached about 65–70 feet and that their blades were unable to cut anything. After that, a camera inspection was done and we were told it showed “nothing.” It is very concerning to be charged $700 without a clear explanation of what was actually accomplished. If nothing was found on camera, why is our sewer still backing up? We were then advised that the pipe could potentially be collapsed and that digging to investigate would cost over $7,000. We recently had an issue with our toilet. It flooded the entire bathroom. It’s the only bathroom my elderly dad can get to so it was important that we get it fixed fast. We called Roto-rooter at 7pm. They came out by 9:30pm the same night and helped us fix a part and make sure everything was working properly. The plumper, Race was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
