I had Roland Black Heating and Cooling come out to service my unit and was very pleased with the experience. When I called to make the appointment, the customer service team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the process easy from the start. I signed up for their maintenance plan, and everything was smooth and straightforward. Preston did an excellent job—he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident that my system was well taken care of. I highly recommend Roland Black Heating and Cooling and really appreciate the great customer service from start to finish.

Roland Black Heating and Air provided excellent service. Another company told me my furnace was cracked and needed repairs, but I called Roland for a second opinion and they confirmed there was no crack. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Because of that experience, I signed up for their annual maintenance plan and recently had my AC serviced. They were quick, professional, and did a great job getting us ready before the heat arrives. Highly recommend them over some of the bigger companies.

All the employees at Roland Black I dealt with, from the woman who answered calls, to the salesman, to the installers, were professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone was punctual, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions along the way. Further, they got the job done in the time they said without issues. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I would like to thank all the technicians as well as the Roland Black family for a job well done on my new HVAC system. They came out yesterday and installed my new unit, removed my old unit, and explained everything step to us in detail. I will forever be grateful for the Roland Black team!

We had our Fall/Winter Maintenance check today (12-08-2025) and (Kellen) our service tech explained the process thoroughly and reported back any issues found. Fortunately, no issues were found and our system is operating perfectly per our expectations. Thank you Roland Black for having professional and courteous technicians.
