I have no problem with the technician. He did a great job putting on a piece of gas pipe with a shutoff valve. . I have a problem with the price. There was no breakdown of parts and labor cost. The technician went and got parts and took exactly one hour to do the job which was excellent. The over $600 dollar bill cost as much as my new range will cost. It would have been over $700 dollars if I wasn't a monthly maintenance member. I went with Rolf Griffin because I have been with them for decades. I think in the future I will shop around. So Rolf Griifin reads this review and tells me to send them my info to resolve the problem. That was 5 days ago that I sent them my info and I have not heard from them. One more reason to be upset. I had a tune up on my furnace this morning with Chuck Carpenter. He was very knowledgeable about my system and got my humidifier back on track. Thank you Chuck for doing the task at hand and Not trying to sell me something else to improve my system. I appreciate you greatly. The amount I paid was to continue the maintenance agreement. Always great service.

Raphael and David were kind, speedy, and informative. They had to come out on a Saturday night at 9 pm, and while I felt horrible they had to be at my home when they should be at their own, they were incredibly reassuring that I wasn’t a bother. “That’s what we’re here for,” they said. Thank you both so much for your help and genuine kindness. I would recommend Rolf Griffin over and over based on the service I’ve received in the last four years. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional.

James and Rafael, we're here today to try and fix our 30+ year old furnace. They were both amazing, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They did get everything fixed and running very quickly and we're able to help us get an order with them to replace our old system. No pressured sales pitch, just an explanation and pros and cons. The best company in Fort Wayne and tonight we will be warm and toasty thanks to them both and tomorrow getting a new furnace and air conditioner at a great price and comfort in the knowledge they will provide 10 more years of continued service and maintainence on the new furnace and air conditioning. We smelled gas coming from our hot water heater. With doing business with Rolf Griffin before and them installing this water heater years ago we called them to check it out. My husband shut off the pilot and cut off the gas line going to it. Benjamin, from Griffin came in the next day and went down and told me he knows what gas smells like and ours smells like exhaust, not gas. He told me that there was no gas leak and it was something called combustion. The only way to stop the smell would be to change from the type of unit we have. Paid him $100 fee. He relit the pilot and turned back on the gas without asking or letting me know. Of course, the basement filled back up with the gas smell. My husband shut everything off again and called Nipsco. They came out and found the gas leak
