Rolling Suds of Birmingham

Beware. They spam call cell phones to try to get appointments. Called multiple times over a couple of days. Initially the guy introduced himself as RS power washing. I acted interested and said I want to verify they were real by looking them up. That’s when he told me they were actually Rolling Suds. If you like using businesses that engage in spam calling your cell phone, these folks may be for you.

Rolling Suds did an amazing job! They were easy to communicate with, punctual, and incredibly professional. Our patio and driveway look brand new after their thorough cleaning. The value they provide is unmatched—top-quality service at a great price. Highly recommend!

Make sure you understand and verify what you are paying for. I received an email saying that I would receive “power washing” which I wanted because I was planning on repainting my house and porch and needed the old plflakinv paint to be removed. Instead, I received a “soft wash” that removed some dirt similar to what I would do myself with a garden hose sprayer and chemicals. They owner was very nice and came out to review the work done by his staff, but the staff were very standoffish and did not tell me when the arrived or when they were leaving after the job was done. There were also some issues with scheduling and they arrived randomly one day that we had not agreed to. Will and his staff were extremely professional and punctual. Excellent service and our driveway was so bright our neighbors were asking who they could call to have theirs done. 10/10 would recommend!
