Rolls Royce Parking Garage

I used the iParkit app to book parking for several days at this garage. Using the app, you get in and out privileges at a fraction of the cost of the Hyatt hotel garage nearby. The location is accessible 24/7, has two elevators and a secured, camera-monitored entrance. Use your ticket or the app to enter. The building itself is old and the turns a little tight, but I had no problems navigating and finding a space. Lots of retail nearby, including coffee and dinner options.

Easy to find, easy to park. All good so far!

Tight. Very scary to navigate if you have a truck. No in/out privileges even after paying 24h and only stepping out to go get medication from the pharmacy- they asked that I pay again. Staff is very unkind. Park at your own risk.

Don't waste your time and money parking here. It's a Rip off!!!!

They had my car towed by a private company after an accident here and I've been unable to reach anyone (the towing company or the parking garage) to get my car back. I've been calling for over a day and a half. (The tow my insurance sent was understandably taking too long, which is the reason they called a private company). However, now they all refuse to answer the phone. I called a couple number's including someone named Woody, but was immediately blocked with no return call. Please park here at your own risk. Oh, and paid $58 for 2.5hrs.
