Romanoff Electric

I called Wilkins Electric two weeks ago to hang light fixtures and install dimmers in my home. I had to leave a message to call me. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM WILKINS ELECTRIC. I hired another electrical company who did a great job for me. I WILL NEVER CONTACT WILKINS ELECTRIC AGAIN FOR SERVICE.

Why is there not an option for ZERO stars?! Having issues with my breakers, home is not even a year old. Contacted them because they were the electricians used by the builder. Scheduled a pm appointment between 1-4. Called them at 3:45 pm after I had not heard anything. The RUDE lady on the phone says they will most likely arrive around 6 pm. Oh..geez THANKS for letting me know. Guess what - I t’s 6:30 pm and no call and no tech. I called back and left a voicemail message because they are now closed! One thing is for sure they will never get my business. If I need an electrician in the future I will look elsewhere.

Very poor customer service! Said they would be here between 1-4. I gave up at 4 and went grocery shopping down the street! Got a call from customer support yelling at me for not being home and that their technical support was at my house. The time was 4:45 when they called! I’m sorry no one needs to be rude! All she needed to do was reschedule again!

Most unprofessional service rep over the phone. When a regular consumer called for a warranty repair, the lady over the phone pretended she does not understand what I was saying. We have a circuit breaker won't reset and stayed in "off" position. She kept asking which outlet it was. If I could diagnose the issue, I wouldn't be calling an electric company to have someone came to the property to check. Would I?

Frank Wilkins electric has been around for decades wiring homes all around metro Atlanta. Wilkins along with Preston Casteel Electric were the big dogs in new construction electrical back in the 80s and 90s it’s good to see Wilkins vans still on the road. Brings back amazing memories for me.
