Hired them to put 2800 sq ft of flooring installation and old carpet/flooring removal. Becky managed to get a 4 man crew to start the job 2 weeks ahead of the time originally quoted! They came in and got to work immediately. The crew was friendly and very respectful of our animals (3 cats and 3 dogs) The crew chief answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had quickly and professionally. After a couple days of work they were all done and I had beautiful laminate flooring throughout my house. We bought our Luxury Vinyl Plank from Home Depot and this included installation by Romanoff. Their customer service staff were fantastic! E-mail communication was excellent. Everything was well coordinated, the installation crew arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up after they were done. They also answered our questions as the job progressed. We are 100% satisfied and have at least three more rooms to do......so repeat customers we will be....

They did an ok job except for leaving a gap between the flooring and a tub u don't have trim and molding against a tub and they didn't even nail the trim back in any of the rooms. And my husband helped with the labor the one man they sent out wouldn't have got done before midnight so we should get a discount, I don't think he understood half of what we were saying. We will never go thru home depot for installation again

They are professional, caring and prompt. Becky was exceptional to work with. She honestly treated us like family. Dalton and DJ were our installers and they were top notch. They were very accommodating to our needs.
