From start to finish, Romanoff Renovations provided excellent customer service! They educated me on what to expect by sending emails with videos to watch prior to installation on how to prep my home. They called to ensure I was ready for service, to go over the work order again, and the crew that arrived to my home was professional, excellent craftsmen and my floors turned out beautifully! Vinyl flooring that I ordered and fully paid for at Home Depot in Grants Pass and was managed by Romanoff has still not been installed. The installation day was set for May 18, 2018. Then the installer discovered there was not even half of the amount then was needed. After 4 weeks of talking with Home Depot and Romanoff I only have been gotten the runaround and still sitting with stripped floors and material waiting in my garage. It is a nightmare. I will never deal with either one ever again. I think I will pursue other ways of dealing with these hideous companies. Their customer service cannot be anything but the worst! Jun 15, 2018.

I must say, Mike the gentleman who did the work for us, was amazing!! Even with the issues with the flooring product we got, he went above and beyond to get it done for us. He even came on the weekend to get it done!!

Pablo and his team were some of the nicest and most professional workers I’ve met. He kept in communication with me every day and left my home clean after install. The floors and baseboards turned out beautiful thanks to the three of them. My husband and I are beyond happy with the outcome of our home! I will absolutely use Pablo and his team for any future flooring needs.
