Rome Bath Remodeling of Buffalo

We had an amazing experience with Rome Bath! They completely removed our old tile- bath/shower combos from both bathrooms down to the studs, and then transformed the two areas into a beautiful new shower, and then a soaking tub/shower combo in the other. The results are absolutely stunning! Even more impressive... they finished everything in just two days! Brent and John were wonderful to work with. They were professional, respectful, clean, and clearly take pride in their work. They kept the workspace tidy and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Rome Bath to anyone considering a bathroom remodel! Brent and John did a fantastic job on installing our walk in shower and wainscoting! Very professional and polite. They even wonderful with our jack russell which thought he was the foreman. We would highly recommend to everyone.

REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE, WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO ANYONE. I am editing this review to fit what is going on. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They do not call back! Have reached out to try and figure things out. My father is ready to take them to court. I have called the FTC- consumer affairs division based on suggestions from those around me. At this point it has been just short of 2 months since install. (Original post) It has been 22 days since our install and multiple issues have been noticed. One issue pointed out to us was the hole in the wall and a promise to return to fix it. Have a quote from another contractor to fix the issues and its as much as RomeBath, actually more because silicone was used to seal along the walls which has to be removed to repaint. I am so happy I got rid of my bathtub and converted to a walk-in shower. I absolutely love it. Can't wait to take a shower. Wish I did this years ago. My installer, Jorge, is a phenomenal artisan. I highly recommend Rome Bath and ask for Jorge you won't regret it.
