Romeo's Fuel

It's a great company. We like that they offer discounts and specials. They keep to their delivery date. The drivers are very nice and professional. The only issue we have is that the website to order is a bit cumbersome and time consuming They need to simplify it and make it easier to place an order. All on all, we would definitely use this company again.

Very reasonably priced, timely, they arrived quickly. My previous fuel oil provider used to essentially dump lots of unwanted fuel on us at inconvenient times, Romeo's does not appear to do this, they let me control when I want deliveries. Haven't used them for that long but I'm happy with them so far.

I’ve been using them for a few months now and had no problems. But I ordered fuel online today Saturday 31 Jan and when I called to see when they could deliver they told me Wednesday. They normally deliver the next day and I was low on fuel. So I said cancel the order because I’ll try get it somewhere else and they said no problem but there’s a 50$ surcharge. This I found unacceptable and they were not willing to budge on this so they have just lost a customer. I called dart fuel and they were very accommodating and will deliver tomorrow. Service is important and they clearly don’t care about that. I received a call from Management and they refunded my 50$. I've changed it from a 1 to a 3 star. Driver was amazing and professional. The office unfortunately could not accommodate the filling of 2 tanks on my property. I have a 550 in my house and a 275 in the garage. I wanted them both filled. I spoke to them over the phone and explained that the website would not let be put the 2 tanks on the same delivery. They were polite. After advising me to authorize 550 gallons I again stated that I wanted to fill both tanks that would probably be more than 550 gallons. Again told this is how we should proceed. This was a Monday, Delivery was scheduled for Friday. Wednesday I received a phone call from the same woman I spoke to on Monday. She said my order states to fill a 550 and 275 but I only paid for 550. I told her to charge me for 800- 1000 gallons and then refund what I didn’t take aft

Romeo's deliveries are there when they say they will be there and their prices are always lower than most others. I don't have to compare pricing, since theirs is usually the lowest. They also give discounts for Mastercard and for 175 gallons or more. I was happy to find them. Never had a problem with the oil quality either. I am a licensed plumber and I know if someone is good in the industry.
