The technician we had was professional, told us what type of bugs we had, and even saw a way they were getting in our garage. He was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him. My son found an over the counter spray and he confirmed it was really good and where to put it around our sinks for any bugs that come in between treatments. I recommend Romney to others.
