Ron Hall Sprinklers

Charged for a line repair and sprinkler head replacement in early June and I have just discovered that my driveway, not the zone, is being watered and their supposed repair has fallen apart. Check out the pics for their craftsmanship. First call oh we will get you on the schedule I’ll call you back. Second call oh this is the first I’m hearing about it we will get you on the schedule I’ll call you back. Guess what? No call back. There really should be a no stars option. And yes, to the point of the business reply, they did repair. The repair immediately failed and I had to repeat the cycle of calling and getting it addressed again.

Called and made an appt for estimate to replace my dated sprinkler system. They came out for the appt, took notes, gathered my information and said they would see me in the late spring. Never came back, called or emailed. By mid summer I lost 3 trees and gave up on them ever coming Back.

We have used a number of their services and are very happy with the service. Our lawn looked terrible when we purchased the house 5 years ago and now it looks wonderful! All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys are a bunch of bullies and will rip you off. They're especially good at gas lighting you. They charged a fortune for a new control panel and sprinkler adjustment only the technician and the teenager they always bring along never adjusted the heads properly. We called and called and finally a guy came and scared my son in the process. Not long after, their technician's son nearly ran us off the road (and replied to my honk with a huge middle finger). My boss says these guys used to be good when rhe parents ran things. Not now, it appears.

Been with hall for over 20 years, blowing out my system and they had been fantastic.....until this year. The tech did not close the manual valves after the system was blown out. I have found 4 of the 6 valves but could not find the remaining valves. Long story short, willing to pay them to come out and fix THEIR MISTAKE but they don't know when they can get out and in not so many words told me to find some another company that does not know where the valves are at. Highly irritating! If you want to be treated like garbage go with this company.
