There were some customer service issues when I got my a/c installed a year or so ago. A cracked unit base they tried to cover with a rock outside (no, really a rock), 2 half filled energy drink cans we found behind the unit a month later, left by the crew. All of this led me to believe that I can’t trust the work and customers aren’t valued. Granted Drew addressed all this with his team (they’ve since sold the company) I can’t help but feel they tried to pull a fast one on me and would’ve left it as it was had I not inspected afterwards, said anything or looked. On top of all that, the company van is parked boldly outside of a home with 10+ flags that say they may not appreciate their customers of color- may take our money but really don’t like us/appreciate our business. 3 year old house. They installed the ac system. Condensation issue due to not being sealed right and mildew is all over the seal putty and now they won’t cover it. Their reply—-(it wouldn’t have passed inspection) like you do realize not every mistake will be caught. It was a poor installation job and you won’t fix it. Great customer service guys. Awesome job.

Mr. Yawo Alagbo visited us today for our twice-a-year check-up of our H&A system. Mr. Alagbo was prompt, polite, obviously knew what he was doing, was efficient, and found a small problem that his maintenance corrected. He is an asset to Ronald Smith H&A and I would be pleased to have him as our tech in the future. Ronald Smith has a long history of providing wonderfully knowledgeable technicians to our home for installation, maintenance, and occasional problem-solving. Highly recommend!

My parent recently had an issue with their ac unit and based off of reviews i recommended they give this company a call. A few days later I go by my parents home only to find out this guy charged them $388 to change a $15-20 part (Capacitor). Not only was the price ridiculous he changed the part in two minutes (no exaggeration )without even asking if they if they wanted to proceed. I totally understand paying for services and everything is up price wise today but this service didn’t require nothing but a screw driver, two minutes and a $15-20 capacitor. He did not give a breakdown of charges on the receipt only that he waive the $89.00 diagnostic fee and and total charge of $388. TOTAL RIP OFF!

Lower AC unit went out last night or this morning. When I came downstairs it was like walking into Satan's lair. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the guys who came today but they were dispatched quickly, same day, were extremely respectful and sorted the problem out quickly. These guys made sure to show and tell as they went, quoted the cost of repair which I found to be fair, and left with me totally satisfied by their work. They most likely saved us from an electrical fire due to wiring and the storms in our area. Got to give glory to God as well bc it could've gone a different way than just cranking out hot air.
