Called to see if they had a thermistor and a thermal fuse for my dryer. Excellent customer service. Had my parts ready for me when i got there.

Ron’s Appliance Repair is the best appliance repair shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My fridge had been making a high pitched squeaking noise for about 6 months before I decided to do anything about it because I didn’t want to have to deal with setting up repairs. Luckily, after finding Ron’s, that process was made SUPER quick and easy. I scheduled a time for repairs last week, and not only was Roy early (which was amazing!!), but he worked quickly, efficiently, and I wasn’t overcharged for the parts or for the repair itself. Absolutely love this business. They follow through on promises (and then some), and make sure that their customers are well taken care of. I just had an excellent experience with Ron at Ron’s Appliance Repair! I thought I was about to have to buy a new washing machine but Ron came to the rescue. I brought my non-spinning washing machine (that I had exhausted all of my efforts in fixing) and he had the time to take a look the same day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my washer in 10 minutes! What an awesome experience…just when I needed it most.
