Roof King & Restoration

From start to finish, my experience was nothing but positive when working with Kozmo + Roof King and Restoration! I first reached out to them for a quote back in August/September of 2025, where Kozmo came out and did the inspection for the estimate. He was extremely helpful and most importantly honest when it came to next steps for our home. Our roof was old and needed to be replaced due to age but Kozmo never made it feel like an urgent situation or emergency just because it was an old roof (which other roofing companies did when we were pulling different quotes). We decided to brace the winter with our old roof, and to no surprise it held up very well, which is what Kozmo’s advice to us was. He had told us we had a few months to a year to look into getting it replaced and his analysis

We had a representative inspect our roof after last year's storm and wind damage. Jared was incredibly professional, thorough and helped educate us throughout the entire process. Our insurance agent said the report he provided was the best he's seen and Jared was able to get us fully approved. Once we received the insurance check, a massive snow storm hit which pushed our replacement back quite a bit. He stayed in touch weekly on when they could start the work and once it was started, they were efficient and everything was cleaned up before they left. No complaints and would use them again!

Roof King did our roof and we’re really happy with how it turned out. From the beginning they were easy to get ahold of and didn’t make anything confusing. The crew showed up, worked steady, and didn’t leave the place trashed. We went with the thicker shingles, and the roof looks noticeably better than before. Lines look clean, everything looks even, and it just looks like a quality job. They also cleaned up really well after, which I appreciated because I have kids and pets and I was worried about nails. Overall just a smooth experience. I’d recommend Roof King to anyone needing a roof.

Scott helped me with insurance, and was available to answer any questions I had. The team who did the roof was great. They cleaned up the yard and less of my flower beds were damaged than I expected. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is due to confusion about the pricing. I had a leak and interior damage that was part of my insurance claim. There was back and forth on the total bill, which is stressful. But overall, I'd recommended them, just get the quote in writing.
