Our experience with First Choice Homes was excellent! As a former homebuilder, I am leery of roofing contractors in general and typically did not allow anyone to inspect my roof. I made an exception in the case of First Choice because one of the principals, Ron Mellin, struck me as sincere and professional.(It helped that he is a former military officer as am I.) I'm glad I did. Ron completed his inspection and helped guide us through the claim process to a successful result. Once the claim was approved, the roof replacement was scheduled within 2 weeks. The other principal, Chris Collins, acts as the field supervisor and he was equally professional. The job was completed on schedule in one day.
