The roof professionals are not outsourced, they are a part of a team and work wonderfully together. We have just had our first year inspection and we were scheduled for the inspection in a timely manner. Scott went over and above to make sure all was good on all areas of our roof. He offered suggestions, took pictures, and cleaned out some of the canales that had a lot of leaves for us as he was looking over the roof. RoofNM did a great job taking off the old shingle roof and installing a new metal roof in a beige color to match my windows. They came to my new house to estimate & explain the work to be done. I was scheduled to have a roof put on my house 9/11/2023 this company did not show up for their scheduled appointment with me there was no communication because of the weather that this would be rescheduled. The salesperson Scott I worked with failed to communicate anything with me I was left calling him for answers more often than not. There was a complication with funding from my insurance company which I did convey to Scott he said it was not a problem and still scheduled to work knowing that the day the work was going to be starting he was going to get their deposit which I did have the money on 9/11 when the work was scheduled to start. I feel like this company did not take my business seriously and did not communicate the importance of getting the deposit. I would not recommend this
