Roofing caguana

Well, I had my roof and garage done a month ago by Jose and his crew. JF CAGUANA CONSTRUCTION INC. The process was quick and it only took a couple of days. They took the time to clean up around my home . So far I’m impressed with the quality and care they provided . I would recommend them.

Jose is AWESOME. Just hire him. SO PROFESSIONAL. SOLID WORK. The ceiling was massively leaking from water damage from rain water. He took off FOUR OLD LAYERS that were on flat roof balcony, down to the wood, which thankfully was still good. Dried it, cleaned it, put on that ice shield weather protection as first layer, then another layer, closed seams with blowtorch, caulked, put up material against brick wall, then metal plank across, and painted everything silver. I was waiting for a big rain storm and yesterday was fairly big, no leaking. You won’t be disappointed with Jose and he’s SO NICE.

Every other roofing company told me I needed a whole new roof for 35k. Jose came out, checked it out, and said he could repair it instead. He did an awesome job and saved me a ton of money. Super honest and easy to work with—highly recommend!

I was desperately in need of a repair to my roof. I called José through neighborhood and he called me back the next day And his Response was quick and decent price and offered to do it the same day was done in a matter of hours fast and clean. I was so happy due to a leak OK knowing the forecast of heavy rain was coming. He was a lifesaver best efficient and honest honest and kind person. Jose and his company helped fix a soft spot on our roof. I called him Monday afternoon, and his crew came over and fixed everything Tuesday morning. The quick turnaround was appreciated. Jose was open and honest with the whole process - he made sure I felt valued and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would absolutely go back with him again for future roofing needs.
