We just had our roof replaced by Bill Brooks and his team. Besides having two old layers of roofing our roof had many other issues including missing flashing, wood rot, and poor roof pitch. They went above and beyond in providing the best roof replacement I could imagine. Bill Brooks is a roofing expert with over 40 years of experience. While other roofers looked at our roof and guessed at the solution Bill knew exactly what to do. His team worked very hard and finished the job on time. Bill was on the job site every day to make sure things were going as expected. Best of all Bill's cost was about 20% less than the other quotes. He also did not require ANY payment until I was 100% satisfied. I can't imagine having a better experience with having my roof replaced.
