What a difference a year and a great contractor makes! Ian destroyed a lot of the exterior of our house & we were blessed to find Rooftecs Contracting right here in Flagler Beach. Kerry Mcintyre, Jackie Rabenold McIntyre & Nick were beyond amazing to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and the quality of the work is unsurpassed! We also thought their price was very reasonable & fair. As a contractor myself, I have high standards when it comes to hiring others—and Kerry from RoofTec in Bunnell exceeded them. From the start, his communication was excellent. He guided me through the process of working with the insurance adjuster and took the time to educate me on the dos and don'ts, which I really appreciated. Kerry is a man of his word—something that’s hard to come by these days. He said he’d get the job done, and he did. My entire roof was completed in just one (very long) day. Even more impressive was the cleanup. It's been a week since the job was done, and I haven’t found a single nail on the ground. Kerry is old-school in the best way—reliable, honest, and committed to quality work. I highly recommend him and RoofTec. You won’t be disappointed.

Lets start with i met with MANY different roofing companies and did my research before deciding to go with Rooftecs.Kerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He came and looked at my roof and showed me plenty of pictures to show me all the damage on my roof. He handled everything with getting insurance to pay for new roof. Kerry "held our hands" thru the whole process. He did everything he said he would do and in a very quick manner. He got the permit quickly (esp during the holiday), once he got that the products were delivered and his crew got everything done in 2 days. Kerry and his crew were very pleasant to deal with. Kerry even delt with getting my interior damage fixed. If you need a new roof I HIGHLY recommend this company. I wish I took before and after pictures

I want to thank Kerry from Rooftecs Contracting LLC from the bottom of my heart for all hard work he l did to get a new roof for me. Kerry went beyond what he needed to do to get this accomplishment Kerry went to bat for me with the insurance company that only wanted to repair my roof but with Kerry’s help he got me a new roof. Very professional and has a hard working crew that left the area spotless. I would recommend Kerry to anyone
