SunState Gutters

Marilynn (our realtor) recommended Glen & his business SunState gutters to us. The first time we met him he explained the different types of gutter his company installed and gave us the information we needed to contact him.The crew installing the gutters were friendly polite and respectful of our property. We highly recommend Glen.

Disaster experience. Owner did not communicate locations of downspouts to crew and crew did not ask. The workers could not get in touch with the owner after 10 attempts. They attempted to install over rotted locations of facia and said they do not do these repairs. The day after the installation I found half of the house did not drain towards the downspouts and filled the gutters. I found brackets were not screwed in. Really sloppy work. The lead came the next day to fix the issues. They didn’t redo but spent 3 hours trying to make what they did functionally work. Now it looks like a beat up 10 year gutter. The owner called after this review and tried to get me to change this review. I will give them 2 stars instead of 1, but would never recommend using them.

SunState owner quick to respond to my call, interested in a gutter quote! Days later he gave us a reasonable quote & booked us for new brown gutters & down spouts. Team showed up to do the job as scheduled. They were friendly & professional, answered our questions & did the job as quoted! Great job! Cleaned up thoroughly and our house looks great! Would recommend, as a neighbor did to us.

Glenn and his crew came and delivered! Amazing crew, great work and Glenn was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We got 4 estimates. 1 never showed up and the other 2 came hours later. He said he would be here at a time and was here. He said he would start the job at a time and he was here. Me and my wife are in love with new gutters. It really compliments our home. They also help with rain going into my rain bin. Also they have Great customer service! And Awesome workers! Will 100% refer anyone to give them a call if you need gutters.
