Do not use roof deck. It has been a year and a half and three project managers in my project is still not done. Lest you think I'm tough on project managers that is not the case. My first two ended up in jail. My third hasn't called back since initially coming by and it's been over a month. I am over $40,000 into this project and still have unpainted fascia, painter's tape hanging in places too high for me to reach, and a number of other items on the punch list that I have to find for them every time we speak. When I reach out to roof tech I get no response or I get a statement not backed up by any action. When I asked to have my expectations set. The sales and installation were great! However, they dod not order an inspection afterwards, the permit expired, and now I have to get a new permit, requiring a trip to the building division. Many calls and several emails have led to nothing. No one calls or emails back. Voucemails are full, numbers ate disconnected. I got through se erst tomes and was told I would receive a call back Nothing!

Brande was prompt and thorough in her estimate. There was a small delay with materials but otherwise the job was done in a super timely manner and we were very happy with the results. Great experience.

Paid a deposit for repairs/replacement. They slapped a coating on it and kept my money. Had to take them to court and won. They closed their office and I can't get a hold of them to get my money back. No responsibility or accountability. Avoid at all costs

Brandi is amazing. We didn't end up getting a new roof, but when we do we are hoping to go with this company. They are on time, professional, kind, and ON TOP OF IT!! Brandi went above and beyond with all our needs and questions.
