Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor. I would not recommend Claudio to anyone. He subcontracts all of the work. He repeatedly told me the work would be done in 3 weeks, 2 months later it finally wrapped up and probably because I was constantly reaching out to him wanting to know why there was no progress. The metal slabs sat in my driveway for 2 weeks. My neighbor went with another roofing company who completed the job in less than 2 weeks while my metal slabs continued to sit in the driveway. First big wake up call came when Claudio told me the permit was being held up by the TOML. When I called the Town they told me it had never been submitted and that they did not have a backlog. I called Claudio and he told me to give him 24 hours to find out what was going on. As e
