I purchased a automatic hose reel from Costco, manufactured by Root Lowell. It was used in a temperature controlled environment, not subject to frequent or heavy use. All normal usage, to wash garage floor and car, a few times a month. It simply stopped retracting automatically and frequently got stuck. Upon investigation, the hose had a leak inside the reel (not outside impact/factors) and rusted parts of the metal spring. I contacted Costco and they referred me to manufacturer, as they could not do anything and in fact stopped ordering this item from RL. I contacted RL customer service who sikpky refused to do anything because it was past the one year manufacturer warranty stated on the box. Used twice and the release tab on the outside broke rendering the entire thing unusable. I’d really like my money back considering it broke off seemingly quite easy considering I do not even know how it happened!

I simply asked about a problem I was having with my sprayer and, "how can we help you". Very customer focused. Highly recommend

Very nice employees. A bit tight but not really too bad if you have decent backing skills.

Well made sprayer no problems this year.
