Diego did an amazing job! He went above & beyond. Very professional. Very courteous. Very knowledgable. Very informative. Very conscientious of keeping everything as clean as possible, for example, wearing shoe covers in my home and just being aware & courteous that I keep my house very clean. Diego explained in detail what the problem was. He showed me with pictures & videos so I could see what was happening. I ended up needing hydro jetting to clean out a blocked section of the drain that he tried so hard to clear so that I wouldn’t need the additional service. He & Sal came back the next day with the hydro jet machine & got everything cleaned out. Mind you, I am 1 1/2 hours away from them. Kent’s professionalism and expertise immediately put us at ease. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection, making sure he didn't miss a single detail. What I appreciated most was how well he explained everything and walked us through exactly what was going on as well as clearly laying out all of our options so we could make an informed decision. It's rare to find a technician who is as patient and transparent as Kent. He did a great job, left the workspace clean, and was a pleasure to have around our home.

Excellent! Abel arrived right on time..He was very personable , knowledgeable and professional . He did a great job cleaning out my kitchen sink drain clog. He cleaned up after himself and was very efficient! I would definitely use Rooter Hero Plumbing again for any of my plumbing issues!

Matthew explained in detail of what he was looking for and how to resolve my pipe issues. He did a very thorough job and fixed the issue. He also recommended issues that need attention so that there wouldn't be future problems. I would highly recommend Matthew. The company is lucky to have him.
