My experience with Rooter Man was great. I am new to septic systems and purchased a home 3 years ago that uses septic. I called and scheduled an appointment to get the system pumped out, but did not know where the tank was located. I had a crude map from the 70's that was from our mortgage to go on but that was it. When the service men came they did a little trouble shooting and going through the property (some densely overgrown vines) to find the tank and eventually located it. They dug a hole to the exact size of the tank and removed the lid as if there was a template. After discussing how to keep my system healthy and working well and after the pump out, they put the lid on, filled the hole and put back the grass area afterwards. It looked almost untouched! We had Rooter Man come out to do a septic tank clean out for us. The technician’s that arrived were Austin and Daniel. They were wonderful. They were both very polite. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions pertaining to septic system. I would highly recommend Rooter Man and certainly if you get Austin or Daniel you’ll be very well taken care of.

Daniel at Rooterman serviced our grease trap at the CPI Dominos on the lake and did an EXCELLENT job, he went above and beyond to keep a clean workspace and prevented any unwanted odors from stinking up our store. As well as being polite and friendly the respect shown to our workspace shows a commitment to the customer and they deserve more business.
