UPDATE: The problem recurred. I texted videos to the new technician Andre per his request. He said he would send the report to warranty company. After several days they said they had not received it. They then said the plumber at Rooter reported there was no issue. Liar. I had to reopen another claim and pay another fee to get a 3rd plumber out, who then fixed the simple issue. Original review: The only issue I had with the company was scheduling without the slightest communication to either let me know when or to coordinate with my availability. Part of the communication issue is the home warranty company, First American. That is an issue for a different review.
