We picked Rosa Carpentry for our kitchen and open concept remodel project because they have been a well respected family firm around Greenwich for many years. We liked the fact that they had a local showroom where we could actually pick out our cabinetry, counters and various hardware components with a private appointment. That's a nice alternative to driving all over the place to various stores in order to pick out our materials. They did very nice work - especially on the fit and finish of unique and unplanned adjustments that are often needed when re-modeling. They organized the entire project and oversaw any subs that were used - whether they we ours or theirs. We ran into multiple challenges that they handled quickly and proficiently. Last summer, Rosa Carpentry come to demolish and rebuild (with improvements) our 33 year old decks. Steve meticulously drew the plans and came by to inspect progress a couple times a week, answering all questions. The demolition work was done carefully and Dan and Eduardo cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving no debris (or nails) behind. Before the rebuild started, they replaced rotted wood where found. New posts were dug and concrete installed by their subcontractors to support the decks. Attention to detail was a big part of the project and now spring is coming and we're looking forward to enjoying our new decks. Thank you Rosa Carpentry!

We've done three major house projects to our house in Greenwich, CT and this is the first time we've used the Rosa's- they were by far the best and we will use for any future work, no question. They take pride in their work, communicate effectively, meet the timelines and are extremely respectful of your space.
