Rosado & Sons Inc Landscape

I recently hired Rosado and Sons to mulch and edge my yard while preparing to put my house on the market. The front office, particularly Karen, was very accommodating and communicated clearly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the actual work was subpar. The edging appeared incomplete, and the mulching job was poorly executed. Worse, the mulch left black stains 7–8 panels up on my siding along with visible black handprints. Power washing didn’t remove the marks, and I ultimately had to repaint the lower front of my house to fix the damage. What should have been a straightforward project turned into unnecessary extra work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Rosado and Sons. They did an excellent job, used high quality materials, and it came out beautiful! On time, well prepared, hard working crew, who worked long days to complete the project ahead of schedule. Price point was better than fair. Tony and Mark are courteous and professional, just great guys to deal with. I had a very good experience with them and would recommend using Rosado. They cleared a lot of rocks; put in a front yard and seeded; and made a natural stone wall with the removed rocks and boulders. Everything came out great. Mark was very good to work with. Thank you!
