Professional and knowledgeable! The ONLY place to go to get expertise and quick solution's for appliances ANYWHERE in the Sedona area... I had to replace a very specific oven range (downdraft & electric) which is rare these days; the units are hard to come by and can be complicated to install. Hasan knew exactly what my. options were right away. Impressive. My new oven-range was delivered within a week, installation was a breeze and even though it required a bit of extra rigging, I wasn't charged any additional fee's. These guys are the best and I will be using them again. Highly recommend!!

I couldn't post if I didnt select any stars so 1 is what they get. My dryer wasnt drying like it should and they sent someone out who had a bad attitude from the minute he walked through the door. I explained my dad had passed away recently and I dont have anyone to ask about stuff like this anymore. I told him my dry stopped drying like it should after I cleaned the lint reservoir. He walked outside, took the plastic grate off the vent, shook some lint off and charged me $95.00. He wasn't here 5 minutes, didnt pull a single tool from his belt and charged me $95.00. I dont have any experience with their repair service but I know their conscience is lacking.

Technician was available the next day after call. Identified the problem with my refrigerator. We decided to replace rather than fix. Selected a new refrigerator from the store. Inventory is very limited but top brands. Found one that matched our style and it was delivered in a day. Price competitive with brand.

Hasan was a great to work with and went the extra mile for us on our new oven/microwave. Plus, he helped us with a combo deal, and we ended up replacing our fridge and dishwasher too. I highly recommend them if you're looking for helpful and quality service.
