Absolutely disgraceful. I prepaid $74.02 for parking using the app advertised in the garage itself—only to later realize it was more expensive than the posted rate on-site. Frustrating, but I chalked it up to experience. Then, insult was added to injury: the event ran 45 minutes over, and I was slapped with an outrageous additional charge of $58.72. Nearly $133 to park for one evening? That’s beyond unreasonable—it’s predatory. I’ve prepaid for parking at countless major events, including Broadway shows, and have never encountered this kind of shady, greedy practice. The worst part? Had a very positive experience from dropping off the car to pick up after all day parking. Staff were professional and courteous and waited while I got everything situated. The location was exactly where I needed it and I would definitely use this lot again.

A TOTAL RIP OFF! I pulled in because I saw the sidewalk sign that read $5.xx for any 1/2 hour. When the parking attendant came, SHE asked me how long I was going to park. I told her an hour. She then said it would be 32 dollars "because" my Honda Odyssey was oversized. My passengers and I were shocked, but okay I understand. Then when we went back to pick up the car, first the SP+ machine would not read my ticket; it kept saying that there was an error (I have a witness). Then, when the parking attendant rang me up, (this time is a guy) HE said that it would be 47 dollars. I told him that all 6 passengers, all adults, heard the female attendant said 32. Parked on relaxed Sunday morning for a few hours, and they returned my car with the side mirror ripped off. Filled out some paperwork and have been trying to track down a supervisor, but no success yet. Can't imagine how chaotic this place is during a busy Lincoln Center show. UPDATE: corporate claims department was surprisingly responsive and I got 2 repair estimates and repaid fairly quickly

This is the by far one of the worst garage EVER!!! Don’t park here at all. The mangers at this locations doesn’t want to work or even attempt to. I parked here the other day and it was just a disaster with everything. Bad customer service!!! The mangers busy on they phones, watching sports, on personal calls and rude. There was two people that was nice at this garage and very helpful I’m not sure what happen to those guys but they seem to be the best ones Verse’s these managers here. I recently notice the change on these new staffs. I believe it’s new managers at this location which I’m just now finding out they need to be REPLACED ASAP!!! I’m on the verge on trying to contact corporate regarding this matter with the new staff and new management at this location. HORRIBLE!!!!
