Jonathan and his staff were great… price was right, install went very smoothly and my Minisplit unit works great.
We had a problem with the ac unit icing up. I called Rose City Air, and a tech, Cameron, showed up with in a half hour. He explained everything to us in understandable terms. I was impressed with the professionalism that he displayed. I would recommend this company any time. .
When another company had been out, and after over half an hour could not identify the problem with my heat pump, and it failed again, Jonathan identified the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it before these cold nights. Thank you Jonathan for your professional and super quick service. I am happy and WARM!
We just got a brand new air conditioner put in and everyone was so friendly and professional! The gentlemen came in with a smile and got the entire unit installed in one day. They were even sweet to my dogs, which is a massive bonus! I cannot recommend them enough!
