I Have been using this pool service for a couple of years and they have saved me a lot of headaches with my pool. From day one they have given me exceptional service and attention. Besides having many clients they have always gotten back to me and taken care of the situation with my pool. I had no experience as my husband always took care of the pool and now I am having to be responsible. It was a challenge until Rise City Pool was recommended by a friend. Truly a blessing. Rose City Pool & Spa has been doing some great work to get an old tub at a newly purchased home up and running. Mike has been out here a few times and he’s a great communicator, which I really appreciate. Prices are reasonable relative to regional competition. I’d highly recommend them.

Alan has been great to work with and he is very professional, personal, and takes time out of his busy schedule to teach us how to continue to maintain the excellent work they do. I am so grateful for the work that Mike and his team did on my hot tub. I had them out twice after the person who installed it kept reneging on times to come out and get it working again after the motor stopped working one month post-install. They were very prompt, professional, and helpful, and they helped me to figure out what was wrong and how to have it not happen again. I am using them for regular cleanings now, and I am so grateful for their help. Highest recommendation!

This company is incredible. I make a phone call they're there almost the same day.I had spent years suffering with my swimming pool and not knowing what the heck I was doing these people came over helped me, taught me what I needed to know and made me feel like I was a confident person, When I worked on the pool. I'm not a pool person and I can't stand the work needed but they come and open and close for me, which has been a lifesaver. I highly recommend them to anybody who has a pool or even a hot tub. Don't suffer give them a call.
