I am pleased to review Atlantic Southern after our community hired them for Sealcoat and Paving. The team was professional, maintained excellent communication throughout, and delivered an outstanding finished product that looks fantastic.

I hired Atlantic Southern Paving to sealcoat my parking lot. The lot looked great, however my entire building was oversprayed 3ft up from the ground 175ft long. They painted the building and garage doors after to hide the overspray. Color was not matched well and paint is now pealing. Now I need to hire a professional to repaint my entire building, doors, and clean up fence. I would not recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating. Our Board of Directors made some changes along the planning and execution stages and these adversities were met with promptness and professionalism from the management and the crews that were on site were extremely courteous and professional as well and the job was done in a timely manner. We look forward to working with ASP in the future.

We recently had Atlantic Southern complete the seal coating of the parking lots for Park Crest at the Lakes, and it looks fantastic. It was one of the smoothest projects we have had to date. Huge shout out to Julia and Rick, their attention to detail and follow through was amazing. If you have a project whether small or large (ours spanned a 33 acre site) give Southern a call you will be happy with the results.

Our community needed street repairs and resealing. Working with Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating has been a very good experience. The staff and work crews are very professional and best of all they did what they said. I would highly recommend them for any associations street project.
