Rose paving recently a large paving job for a condominium association in Southington. The job included reclaiming the existing asphalt and 2 course paving of large parking lot which included a hill. Job was done in 4 days. Absolute pleasure to deal with this professional crew. Every member of their team is a dedicated professional and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job.

M&S Paving, part of Rose, did an excellent job for our HOA community of 64 homes. From the quote to contract review, Linda and Steve were prompt to respond and clear in explanations. Joe supervised the actual paving and was very accommodating; with great attention to detail. The crew was courteous, friendly and technically very competent. We had four bids for our project and so very happy to have selected M&S Paving. We would highly recommend them for other paving projects.

Rose Paving did a great job on crack filling and seal coating driveways and private roads within our 55 and older single family home development. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their work was great.
