I have worked with Ashley Collins on several jobs. I found them when I was in residential and because their work was so good when I transitioned to Commercial, I made it a point to contact Ashley again. From start to finish, Rose Paving exceeded my expectations of the Concrete & Asphalt Job done for my HOA community. Each Rose Paving Team & counterpart - Oversight, Engineering, Concrete and Asphalt was done with seamless interaction. I really appreciated the extra effort where they consistently worked with the On-sight Property Manager via text and via Walk-thru.

Rose Paving recently completed sidewalk and gutter repair and replacement as well as milling, repaving and striping of our entire 100 home cluster/subdivision in Reston, VA. Their professionalism in this entire job was beyond reproach. Their company representatives helped in every phase of this large project and did an excellent job of communicating timelines and objectives. Their workers were competent and considerate of the residents while performing this noisy and sometime smelly work. Their management team responded quickly to any concerns or needs for schedule modification. As the overseer for this project for my HOA I recommend Rose Paving enthusiastically without hesitation of concern of any kind.

Rose paving repaired defects in parking lot left by extensive plumbing work and resurfaced and remarked the lines in the parking lot. They were very considerate of the need to inconvenience the medical practice in the building as little as possible. They arranged times to complete the work over a weekend. After completion, they cleaned up leaving minimal signs of the work that was done, other than a much improved appearance to the parking lot. The people were easy to deal with and the charges were reasonable.

We have contracted several projects with Rose Mid Atlantic. I have found their paving crew to always be timely, with the abilty to resolve paving issues as they arise, and keep our jobs on track. I hold the quality of their work in high regard and highly recommend them.
