I called yesterday about a very large yellow jacket inside the ceiling of our front porch. Rose Pest Solutions had someone out the next day. Our service tech, Brayden, was friendly and informative. The best part is that the yellow jacket are kaput.

I really appreciate Jim for his great customer service ! He explained how the termite extermination works. How we would know if there was active termites . And he gave me information to contact the office to get documentation of proof of this for selling the house.
