Rose Pest Solutions

I’ve been a customer of Rose Pest Solutions for the past 20:years. I usually have a home inspection for rodent extermination and termite extermination once a year. This year I requested a semiannual inspection because of ongoing renovations to my house and yard. I recently found a dead mouse in the middle of my living room floor, so I called Rose. I was scheduled very promptly. Kevin conducted a very thorough inspection, including the fireplace area where I had found the mouse, the bathroom and laundry room, the attic, basement and yard. He gave me some constructive suggestions about caulking the corners of the fireplace floor. I have ten doves in six large cages in a bedroom turned into an aviary. Albert came to complete quarterly fall services. I met him for the first time. He took special care to explain what was being done and why. He seemed very knowledgeable and was pleasant.

Although your company was unable to help us with our situation my husband and I appreciated the fact that you were willing to try and then acted with honesty and integrity when you knew that this was not a job that you could legally do. Ozzy was such a pleasant young man and so wanted to be able to help us out. Ozzy represented you well. They probably would get more business if a free estimate was offered. Out of 3 companies I called they’re the only one that charged for an inspection plus the lady on the phone had an attitude.

Kyle does a great job! He knows what he's doing and all I have to do is ask what new thing he is doing to keep the pests away. Rose has services others in the area do not.
