Our daughter lives in her great grandparents house and was not sure what needed to be done with the septic tank. We contacted Rose Septic Tank Service and we are extremely delighted with the results. My husband was also fascinated by what went on with a septic tank and the fellow who came out was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all the questions my husband asked and he was very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that is having issues and wants them solved in a timely and cost friendly way.

Andrew did a great job, he pumped our tank, (cleaned out both sides of the tank), installed a riser on it and he was polite and informative and professional. He took the time explain how the health of the septic system works. I also purchased the enzyme powder to treat our tank. We will use their company to maintain our septic tank in the future. Very satisfied customer.

Very friendly, personable people. They did a great job. They listen to your problems and answers any questions you got. They do not try to take advantage of women that are handling things for the house hold. We have used the twice and will continue to use and recommend. A perspective buyer of our home hired this company to do an inspection on our septic tank and to pump it. After the sale fell through, another buyer requested proof that this work had been performed. I contacted this company to only get something showing this. I was told by a guy that answered he would email me something; received nothing.. my wife called and same thing..no email. Later in the day I called back. This time this guy was extremely rude and said he wasn't emailing anything because I wasn't the customer and he didn't care if" I was the owner or not and I'm not disclosing their information to you ". What doesn't make any sense is when I asked so you can't even give me something showing you did the work his response was "all I can do is give your her name and contact info " ?????

We recently called Rose Septic Services to pump our septic tank and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were able to book our appointment online, and their communication afterward—both by email and phone—was excellent. Our technician arrived early and worked incredibly hard to help us, even though our situation turned out to be more complicated than expected. We live in an older home on a steep hillside, and our septic tank is in a very unusual location with no visible markers. The technician spent a long time searching and even called his boss out to help.
