Rosevally was hired by our contractor to do the electrical work on our new 8 unit condo building. It started out great until we started getting towards the end of the project. Then our project manager started having constant problems with this company trying to get them to come back when he discovered that they didn't follow the plans and some things were left out. They said it wasn't their fault, blamed the other subs, the architect, and tried to charge the contractor more money. After the building was completed, our owners would call us back after they moved in with minor issues which were not unexpected on a new building this size.
