The overall experience with Rosewood has been great. In the spirit of open honesty, there was a good bit that didn’t go to plan or wasn’t correct. That happens! It’s no different than spending a premium on a vehicle and there being some issues that need to be fixed. You spend the premium for the promise of the most perfect product the world has ever seen but for the company that cares about their customers and how they respond to/reconcile the issues. Project Manager Daniel Wilkinson has been right there with us the entire way and continues to check in on us, as well answer any questions or concerns. Daniel has gone above and beyond time and time again and working with him has made the overall process worth every penny!
