If I could selected a NEGATIVE 5 I would!! Our experience with Sean P. Carroll was extremely disappointing and has caused significant financial strain and stress. Sean Carroll operates under many different business names including this one. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Sean P. Carroll to thoroughly research all of his associated businesses, including “Crafted Cabinetry and Millwork,” before making a decision. We were required to pay 100% payments up front which is illegal in the state of California and with the Contractor State License Board contractor regulations. The quality of the work was beyond unacceptable, incomplete, poorly executed, and riddled with problems affecting both dimensional errors, function and appearance.
