Western Plumbing

The irrigation valve was leaking at our home this morning before 8 am. A few minutes after 8 am I called. There was no answer. A minute a later I received a call back and spoke to Chris. Explained our situation and they had availability for 2pm SAME DAY!!! Within the hour we received a call back to let us know they could come sooner. It's now 10: 20 am and it's fixed. The customer service is amazing, efficient and reliable. The price was reasonable. Would highly recommend Western Plumbing! Thank you, Chris and David. We appreciate you guys.

Dave was great very professional very friendly on time and certainly knew what he was doing as pertain to my 20 year-old bathtub. The price was extremely affordable and my expectation of it actually being that low in today’s world was actually a little shocking. I’m very grateful there are still companies out there. I believe in Customer Service and affordable costs as their number one priority. At least that’s how I feel they treated me. Great job guys.

Western Plumbing always is professional, courteous and effective. For this job, there were a few unknown conditions that popped up and it is the mark of a good company how they deal with these challenges. As always, Western Plumbing did a great job and followed up with us to be sure that we were satisfied with the job. We will always use these guys - they are great!!!!

David with Western plumbing was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Western plumbing encouraged me to repair my water heater, as it was still under warranty and in good shape. They did not push to replace it, which shows they care about their customers.
